Welcome to Silver Creek Brewing Company
Established in 1999, Silver Creek Brew Company formed from a local home-brewers’ club.
We opened our brewpub in Cedarburg’s historic grist mill in 2002, and have been brewing our own craft beers, based on the club’s recipes, in-house since 2004.
We currently brew four year-round beers and four seasonals, plus our classic blonde root beer.
